Site B should now be a clone of Site A. Whenever you modify Site A it will update the database and your changes will also be reflected on Site B.
Note: If you have internal links within the site you could have issues. If you add a link in a page on site A to link to a page on Site A, it will also point to Site A when you view the page on Site B.
